Our Pledge to You
As fellow property owners and neighbors, we are committed to serving the Deerfield Resort community with transparency, accountability, and integrity.

We have each signed conflict of interest disclosures, affirming we have no personal or financial ties to the developer or to any businesses operating within Deerfield Resort. If elected, we will reaffirm this commitment by signing these forms again.
​
We are also committed to maintaining high standards of trust and governance. As part of that commitment, we voluntarily agree to background checks — standard practice for securing Directors and Officers (D&O) insurance. This insurance protects the HOA and all property owners from liability related to board decisions. A board made up of qualified, vetted individuals helps ensure strong coverage and lowers the financial risk to our entire community.

If elected, we pledge to uphold the fiduciary duties required under Tennessee law and our governing documents, including:
